Competition Gear▼
Powerlifting Singlet
Basic singlet for raw competition. Wrestling singlets are legal in most federations.
Powerlifting Shoes
Stable base with heel elevation or flat hard soles for squats and deadlifts.
Comp T-Shirt
Must fit snug but not be supportive. Check logo restrictions with meet director.
Underwear
Must be non-supportive. Practical for safety during heavy lifts.

Deadlift Socks
Knee-high socks required for deadlifts to protect shins.
Support Equipment▼
Powerlifting Belt
10-13mm thick, 3-4" lever or prong belts. Must be IPF-approved. Takes time to break in.

Knee Sleeves
7mm thick, IPF-approved. Size tight but not impossible to put on.
